iPads

Our iPads are ready for use!  There is a cart of iPads for classroom use which is stored in the 1st floor computer lab and one for use in the library.  Teachers must sign up to use the iPads on the Google Apps Online Schedule.  The iPads may only be used by classes with a teacher present.   If you have any recommendations of apps please fill out the form below.

WORLD BOOK – This Day in History

This Day in History for iPad is an interactive multimedia calendar that displays historical events for the current day or any selected day, along with related media such as photos, illustrations, music, and speeches. You can hear the national anthems of countries on the day they became a nation, listen to presidents’ speeches on the anniversaries of their inaugurations, and play sound clips from famous artists on their birthdays.

Declaration for iPad

A reference copy of the US Declaration of Independence for your iPad. Includes text, notes, and images of original documents.

Constitution for iPad

MyCongress

FlashCardlet

Flashcardlet is a free, easy-to-use studying application with material for any class or standardized test. You can also create and share your own. It is the best way to study on any iOS device. Collaboratively creating and sharing study material does not get easier than Flashcardlet. You can email your flashcard decks or share them using Dropbox.  Flashcardlet allows you to search for, study, and make local edits to Quizlet.com flashcards. Any subject you can think of already has a Quizlet flashcard set that is perfect for studying.

Sock Puppets
